Default Hunt homesite with H-Phones?

I am going to hunt my old homesite it has never been hunted for at least sixty years. If I use my headphones will I have better targets, cause for one thing, I highly doubt there is pulltabs there.

I dont know about better targets... But it will help you hear the more faint and deeper signals.

Good luck

headphones won't change how your machine detects, but they will help you here signals that you might not here without them. i wouldn't even consider hunting with out headphones.

I always use head phones, they help and will also make your battery last longer!

Yes...go slow and keep that disc knob turned down so you can pick up any pulltabs. If you do...you'll pick up nickels, tokens & any gold that possibly will be lost there.

Good luck........see ya yardhunter

Default Faint and deeper targets ?

It was mentioned that if I use headphones, I will be able to hear faint and deeper targets. Now what will that be telling me?
