Default Asking permission.....

I'm kinda of new at mding, what is the best way to ask permission to hunt the land. Any suggestions?

You say "Hey bro, you mind ifin I use this here dee tect her on your yard? I'll use this shovel to dig out a big hole so I won't scratch the coin."

Actually, with different words, it's about that simple. Just introduce yourself, explain that you like to metal detect and say that you think thier yard, field, etc would be an interesting place to search.

That's about all you need.

I believe if you stop and ask your self how you would like someone to address you, what would work the best. Don't get complicated, just be yourself and address the issues that you yourself has..
