The New metal Detector Resource Website
Our new sister site metaldetectorresource.com website is coming along nicely. Chris here at the forum is doing a great job in putting together the database.
Our aim at MDR is to give you the most complete information about each metal detector being made today. Later on I will add older detectors to the list as I know many are still being used today. Will also be listing accessories such as coils, pin pointers, diggers..etc. We will need every one's help in getting MDR off to a fast start. I'd like to see some good honest reviews put together by our members here. So if you own an ACE 250 why not write us a review or if you own three different brands write three. We need good helpful reviews as this will help new comers to the hobby in making a good choice in purchasing a detector. It will also help the seasoned detectorest in the likes and dislikes of each detector. Our goal for launching MDR is October 1, 2007 so that gives you lots of time to write your review :) As a token of my appreciation I will hold a contest and each person who writes a review will be entered, if you write 3 reviews for different brands then you will be entered three times. Here are the prizes I have to date:

Greg, Bare with me as I'm not the shiniest apple on the tree. We can start writing our reviews now and we will post them on Oct. 1rst or the day the site is launched if not on the 1rst? Anyway, I'm in and will be more than Happy to help in anyway I can.

Update
Just wanted to update everyone.
MDR website is on track to launch around October 1 or the first week in October. I'm going to need some graphics for the header. If anyone here does this work send me a note. On another note this weekend coming I will be researching on how I can make the new TQ Internet radio talk show a reality. If anyone is knowledgeable about doing this then I need help!  I believe the show will be done from two locations, here and Leelos. So when Lee is busy I will be your host.Greg Last edited by Gregory; 09-12-2007 at 05:41 PM.
