Hey all I just emailed Pappy to let him know that I will be doing my best to go to the hunt.Kinda hard for me to plan that far ahead,heak I never know what I'm doing tomorrow let alone in Oct of 2008 ! But I really would like to meet and hunt with y'all and hope to be able to do it ! I'll even bring some spam and cake ! Also Greg tells me there may be a hunt in Fredricksburg in 2009.Fredricksburg is my old stompin grounds and I havent been there in 6-7 years now and really miss my friends there.I found out recently that one of my best friends there was in a car accident and is now a parapalegic and I really really need to go see him so that one is a definate gotta go for me ! y'all have a good one and I hope to see y'all there !

Much as I want to attend it is unlikely that I'll be able to make the trip in from Bermuda. I'll be with all of you, rooting from the sidelines though, at least in spirit.

I too will almost surely be there... just trying to pick my best option to get there...rv =8mpg car=30mpg +hotel Hmmmm.... I am going to ask Jerry maybe he will split gas but I don't even know if he plans on going... Guess I should write Pappy.. and let him know at least me and my baby will be there! later all!

I've already emailed Pappy that I plan on being there, but I'm messaging with the gf right now, getting the OFFICIAL go-ahead :D

I was thinking I'd fly, but I Mapquested it just for grins, and it would be a KILLER road-trip... right thru the Heartland! And I think I have enough George Strait to last me the whole time!

My luck I'd see so many good places to hunt on the way that I'd never make it to the hunt!

Sigh! I am really going to try to find a way to take off at least one or two days to get out there, but I'm not sure if all will work out. I'm going to let Pappy know as soon as I do. I sure would love to meet you all.
