Default Changes and improvments

Hello All,
Well I'm getting somewhat back to normal after that 4 day power outage last week due to that snow storm in my area. Lost nearly all our meat in the deep freezer and the refrigerator

Going to talk to pappy about a few ideas for the forum. I'm thinking of expanding it to some new areas of interest.

If anyone has any ideas as for new subjects post them here.

Greg

Default Thanks Greg.......

First, Greg, thanks for asking for the "family member's" imput and suggestions. I would really like to see an area on the forum which may be used to discuss photography. Many of the members post excellent pictures of finds, hunting sites, home place, camps, etc. and I really enjoy (as most all of us do) seeing these pictures. I still have not purchased a digital camera and would "pick" members minds as to which one would be a good one for a starter. I take rather nice pictures with my 35mm, but its really time for me to move up in today's society and go digital.

Well, thanks again, Greg and I'm sure you'll receive alot of imput.

Greg, how about a treasure marks and signs thread. It would be for the die hard Treasure hunter. There are stories of the spanish and other explorers that have lost or left behind treasures and there are always symbols or a marker that they left behind so they could find it later. There are also many signs left behind to show different types of " DEATH TRAPS " left behind to protect treasures. I do not know about the east coast region but here in the Mountain and Desert states there are signs all over and yes there has been treasure discovered. This thread would be a Q&A. I also agree with Ed on the photography section. This is what I am talking about, here is a map explaining treasure symbols

Thanks

Default How about this?

I have been digging through all my old stuff and came across an old stamp collection. Reckon we could start a forum on stamps? If I recall correctly, Pappy's son or son-in-law knows some about stamps.
