Probably the biggest help is to place the TQ referral link in ones signature at the other forums.

I agree with Greg, The best way to get a bunch of referals is to put your referal link in your sig line,and say something different about the forum every week. I have used things like: New civil war forum here, Map links here, new bottle forum and so on and so on.
