Nice extended family, nice property. And good luck with your fixing up, takes some time but the end result is worth it!

Great looking place...you should be proud. Good luck with the CW hunts...gotta be some relics in that area!

nice photos and story about your family animals and land. I know there is some good hunting on that land.

The picture with you sitting by the drier vent? You are supposed to be digging for treasure outside...

Welcome to the TQ family.

No kkfry no coins under that fence post. Its relatively new as we put up fencing shortly after moving here. We live right on the main highway so we basically had to build fort Knox for horses. The barn out back we built ourselves starting with just 6x6's and then adding stall partitions then the roof. As for the photo of me in the laundry room, we had to redo the floor under where I am sitting. It is finished now. There are always things we can be doing with this house. It is never-ending. I will submit some photos of our handiwork in a different thread. I try to get out on the property and hunt when I can. Overall the soil is pretty trashy so I am going to find my share of scrap before I find that first relic.

You are living my family dream. My daughter wants horses real bad, and I've always wanted an older home, even if it is a fixer-upper...and all that land...to MD on! The photos are beautiful , thanks for sharing them and telling us more about you and your wife. Good Luck on the house and may you find many CW relics.
