Default My Other Hobby..the real me...

When I dropped out of detecting about 12 years ago, I got into constructing and wearing Sci- Fi Movie Costumes, along with building Movie related Props.

I had a Star Wars STORMTROOPER, then a PREDATOR, then an ALIEN. My last costume I built was in 2004 -2005. It was from Tim Burton's 2001 remake " Planet Of The Apes ". This was the main character General THADE.

I constructed this suit except for the Helmet and the facial foam latex prosthetic. That was done by a close and talented friend. I wore this costume at Dragon Con,, which is a SciFi Convention held in Atlanta, Ga. every September. Its a 4 day event drawing costumers from all over the world. One BIG Halloween Party if ya will.

Below is a few pics of my last and greatest costume. It is now on a mannequin in my den along with many Apes Props and my memorbilia collection.

This is the reason for my Avitar, and if anyone wants me as a pet...I'm potty trained.....

Enjoy:
