Default What I get paid to do

I carved these (watermelons) for a hotel in Cape May NJ last summer for some extra income. Weddings, banquets, mothers day brunch. I recently moved and have only done a few for my new job. I cant play too much, I'm the new guy.

Those are awesome! I am very impressed. I spent 14 years in the food business. You are very talented.

Where did you get your training, Beale.
