Glad your here! I got a Golden Retreiver. Never had a better dog. Loves my boy's, would follow them to the end of the earth. She kept my oldest (2 1/2 yr old) from running into our pond last year. Darndest thing I ever saw.

I am blessed to count PID among my friends. I am thankful you and those handsome young men are feeling better and your troubles are easing. Any forum is a better place for having you as a member.

If you all are trying to make me blush, just give me a moment and I'll throw some on. Along with that chiffon outfit I have.

But really, you all are way too kind. I am not used to this. I can remember from somewhere else, won't mention any names of it, the competition for attention was just atrocious amongst some males. It was really funny if you can believe it. This is what I like about TQ, and Indiana Smith's site. A good group of well natured folks. Although, over at Smitty's we get a little more on the Adult side of things once in a while. The boundaries are a bit different. At Smitty's we don't have to worry about kids at this point. But a lot of good winter discussion went, and going on.

But on both sites here, is an openness of minds and a willingness to share. From knowing Steve from another site, not related to detecting, we became good friends. OK, I guess I should be realistic about it. I found Steve to be a good friend, and he is probably really sorry for ever giving me his phone number.Probably thought there was too many miles between us, so he thought he was safe. I am sure you all realize how lucky you are to have him being a part of TQ. And if you want to call him, his number is ... Just in case Steve I'll post it if I have too!!!

Also, Echostar( Terri), is someone that is a part of the family now. Wonderful soul. As well as others I have gotten to know over there. As all of you that have responded to me one way or another. It IS an honor to be here. I hope I can meet the standards here that appear to be a normal way of life for you all.

OK, I have been in this outfit too long. It's kind of creeping up the back. And my neighbors have called the police because I have Barry Manilow on too loud. "In the Coppa..."

But really thanks all.

HEY!!! You can wake up now. I hope some of this made some sense to you with all of this. And things always get better. As they say, God doesn't yank out one rug without putting one in front of you. Or something like that... Thanks all.

When I first saw your avatar I thought to myself 'Dam, that's John Young!' My Best Friend in High School, I haven't seens him since he suddenly moved to Greece with his girlfriend.(something to do with a mistaken identity and possession of burglary tools and a second story job but that's a whole other story) Very High IQ, my Ace Boy, John had and a sense of humour very similar to yours.

Cheers Mate,

BDA
