Default Georgian Tim - Georgian Pictures

I thought I would post a picture of me excavating a burial site in Georgia. It dates to 500 BC. I have also added a few other pictures of Georgia.

Welcome to the forum! Interesting pics! Is that an Indian burial site? I can see pottery. What other items did you uncover. If you have pics, would love to see pics of finds!

That is some serious treasure hunting! Must be awesome to get to be apart of discovering so much history!

Are any of these finds your private collection, or do they belong to the country, state or museum?

Just an inquiring mind from a little time treasure hunting house wife!

Not all the finds are mine but everything is in the State Museum. Metal detecting in Georgia is very difficult due to unstable situation and no one really understanding about metal detecting.
