Welcome ! awsome carving's I Do a little carvin myself but on a smaller scale.Do ya think you could steer me toward were i can get tools and info on carving with a saw ? Been thinkin of doing some large scale stuff.Thank's HH......Terry

The lumberjack supply catalog has books ,videos,tools & so on. Yes the eagle is one piece stump from a tree they cut off to that height so they could get it carved. The deer antlers were added on so the carving would be big. Lots of folks all over the country are getting these yard carvings and I know a lot of guys that do them. Probably know one close to you if anyone is interested. I don't travel much to do them anymore but still do fairs & such...... www.bbaileys.com

Nice website,
I'll need to show my friend the portable band saw. We've been looking to get one for quite awhile now.

He even drawed a nice design of one the way he'd like to see it made.
