You all know me as Mr. Burns from the Simpsons, my alter ego. I am on several MDing forums and never get enough of this crazy sport. I have been at it for about 2 years. I retired from a medium sized City in NE Oklahoma first as a Police officer and then as the Code Enforcement manager for the City. Now I just go MDing every chance I get and play with my grandkids whom I love dearly. I now have 5 detectors and switch from one to the other depending on my mood for the day. I don't have a great many noteworthy finds but just enough to keep me interested. One of these times I will post a picture of my junk er..uh...I mean treasure I have collected over the last years. I have a weird sense of humor and love to write nonsensical posts of my adventures mostly true except for the part I make up, and I don't take much of anything too seriously.
I'll try to get a pic up when I am more familiar with the way things are done on this forum. For now I can only say, Excellent! MontyLast edited by montyburns; 09-09-2006 at 03:41 AM. Reason: Photo |

Welcome to the T.Q. family. It is always great to get old / new blood on the forum. You only need 2 detectors. One for each hand so u don't miss anything. Seeing what you have retired from, I bet you have some rather unusual stories you will be able to pass along to your grandkids. |
