Default The Amazing Treasure Quest Hunt

Good Morning Everybody,

I am so excited to be a part of this hunt. Tinman has explained the rules but for those that missed them I will recap.

1. The hunt will start today, 21 Jan 2008, and consist of 12 clues. We will use this post for the entire hunt.

2. I (JC White) will do the first 4 clues, EPCGuy will do the next 4, and Tinman will do the last 4.

3. The first clue will be posted sometime between 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 PM Central Standard Time today 21 Jan, 2008.

4. If the clue is not solved in a reasonable time (8 - 12 hours) then a hint will be given. And if needed there will be another hint available. After a clue is solved we will wait several hours (12 - 48) before posting the next clue to try and spread them out time wise.

5. There will be three prizes for this hunt. 1st prize will be a Fisher F2 Detector and is won by solving the last clue. 2nd Prize will be awarded to the person that Acumulates the Most points ( 12 Clues=12 Points=1 Point Per Clue ). If The WINNER of the Treasure ( The F2 ) should also be the one with the Most points then 2nd Prize Willl go to the Person with the Next Highest Amount of points. This Prize will be a New, AllCopper "Old Timers" Gold Prospectors Pan. 3rd Prize is a Brand new 2008 Silver Eagle and will be awarded by Me (JC White).

Alrighty friends, that's enough rules, Let's have fun and Good Luck !

JC, EPCGuy, and Tinman

...Just wanted to add my "Good Luck" wish to everyone for the hunt today...hopefully, y'all will agree that this is the BEST hunt to date...a lot of blood, sweat and Pennzoil has been put into it ...and our hope is that you'll have as much fun solving the clues as we have had in putting it all together!

As Penn and Teller advertise on their Las Vegas show posters..."Over 5000 performances - and no one has lost an eye!"

I'M READY, I'M READY, I'M READY!!!

Not worried about losing an eye, it's the brain cells that worries me!

I hope the clue comes out closer to 5pm CST. I have to take my son to basketball practice at 6....

This is the first TH I have entered.... If and when one finds what they think is the answer, who do we send them to? OR.... do we post our answers here?

Thanks
Jerry
