Isn't your nickname 'The Terminatress'? I believe you Darlin but there are thousands that wouldn't.

Cheers,

BDA

Default Aw8 - Clue#7

Okey-Dokey Gang – here’s a new twist on a clue…the following two paragraphs (written by yours truly – thank you very much) interpreted correctly, will provide the geographical location. Once you’ve correctly identified the location, You should be able to Identify the famous person associated with the clue. (Yes – it’s a person this time. I’m feeling generous today and thought I’d give you a little hint!)

Good luck!

Maggie was very tired. All day long she had been knocking on doors. Selling Avon lipstick and perfume was a hell of a lot harder than it looked. For the last two hours all she could think of was a nice hot bath, a glass of Harvey’s Bristol Crème sherry and a good book. Maybe a little T.S. Eliot, she thought – no… that would require too much thinking – maybe she would finish A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court. Samuel Clemmons or Mark Twain or whatever his name was always cracked her up.

The wind blew the tail of her scarf in her face. It’s getting really cold, she thought. Maybe instead of sherry, I’ll have a nice cup of hot cider. The Beatles tune Hard Day’s Night had been playing in her head all day. “I HAVE been working like a dog,” she said out loud to no one in particular, “I’m going home.”
