Default Extreme boredom

Hi all,
I am so bored. The ground is frozen and there's over a foot of snow out there in some places. So here's something I've done to kill time.
I cut out some designs from U.S. Coins using a Dremel tool. I've tried using a jeweler's saw to cut out the design and leave the rim in tact like some folks do and make jewelery out of them but I just don't have the skill.
Counting down the days till spring... 37, 36, 35, 34.... etc... etc....

Thanks Boobie.... and Wyatt, I play guitar and since you mention it, that would be quite cool to make some inlays out of these. I imagine that would be alot of work and they would have to be polished down so they were very flat and smooth... still a cool idea though.

And Chuck, if I get a chance to carve out another Buffalo, I'll send you one.

You wouldn't even have to cut a coin to use it as an inlay....just use a direct fit airtite, and inlay the whole thing.

Hey drill a hole in it and hook it on a silver chain - you would be surprised how nice that would look. I would buy one and I love jewelry. Maybe a side line for your winter blues. Way to go. I love it. JoAnne
