Vibra Probe Pinpointer TREASURE PRODUCTS - The Vibra-Probe Pinpointer is a pulse induction, hand held electronic PinPointer that communicates with the user via vibration. Because it is a PI detector, it is excellent in black sand and wet salt sand as well as normal inland soils. The detectors range is approximately 1" on a US penny sized coin. Vibra-Probe is a very well built, beefy probe which turns itself on when pointed upward for one second, and off when pointed downward for one minute. Operating on one 9 volt battery, the Vibra-Probe 560 is supplied with a belt mountable sheath.

Default Vibra-Tector 730

Has anyone used this, yet? I know it's the replacement for the Vibra-Tector 720, but nobody ever talks about it. I was wondering how deep it goes, thinking that if someone has a MD that doesn't offer sniper type coils, it may help.

Hey Pris the manf website says {up to 3"}. They say the new 570 is up to 2". That may be why the 730 does not get talked about much, Beale.

That's too bad, really. Seems like it has so much potential...

These just came out last week. I will be getting out with one soon but the 3" is about right . These are meant to only go a certian depth and are not supposed to be used for general detector. More a pinpoiting detector than a real one.
