Vibra Probe Pinpointer TREASURE PRODUCTS - The Vibra-Probe Pinpointer is a pulse induction, hand held electronic PinPointer that communicates with the user via vibration. Because it is a PI detector, it is excellent in black sand and wet salt sand as well as normal inland soils. The detectors range is approximately 1" on a US penny sized coin. Vibra-Probe is a very well built, beefy probe which turns itself on when pointed upward for one second, and off when pointed downward for one minute. Operating on one 9 volt battery, the Vibra-Probe 560 is supplied with a belt mountable sheath.

Default I absolutely LOVE my V730 !

OK, so I'm doing a 180 compared to some of my earlier comments, but this thing really does the job. I finally took the time to take it out of my bag and seriously apply myself to using it.

Yes, it is a pain to have to turn off my Titan to use this and then to turn it off so I can resume with the Titan. However, the positive side, which I can now plainly see and have experienced, makes it so worth the while. It really is like having a separate detector with a 4-1/2" coil on it ready to use.

I dug 13 coins yesterday within 1-1/2 hours and it would have probably taken me twice that time if I did not have the V730 narrowing down my digging area ... and plenty of times when I'd try to hone in with the Titan, only to have the V730 show me that I would have been inches away from where I needed to dig. On 10 of the 13 hits, I cut a small 2" to 3" flap, pulled it back and ... BOOM ... there was my coin !

Although it has no indicator to show what the target is (the Titan did that for me), sometimes I could tell by the number and speed of the pulses coming back that the Titan was right and it would be trash ... I dug some of those in the beginning as a test and it passed with flying colors !

And I was getting great depth, up to 4" (all of my targets were that close to the surface anyway), but to be able to shrink the size of the hit area down to a few inches was just so cool ! And the resulting smaller dig spots looked really good after fixing them up.

I really think the V730 is going to enhance my results from hunting and especially my enjoyment of hunting.
