Question Which coil?

I have the DFX. I have the standard coil, and the Eclipse 6 x 10 , and the 5 inch one. I am thinking of getting one that will go deeper and cover more ground. I am considering the 12 inch hot foot and the bigfoot by Jimmy Sierra. Both are around $230.00 so price isn't a factor. Can anyone offer any advice on the disadvantage and / or the advantages of each of them?
Thank you for any assistance.

Hi boobie,

Here's my take on both coils, i have a Goldfoot coil which is the 6.5 hz version of the Hotfoot for the older Whites. The Hotfoot coil for the DFX, MXT is more of a target separation coil in high trash areas and gets better coverage than the 5" coil. The Bigfoot coil is used more for scanning large areas without concentrated areas of trash to cherry pick then go back with smaller coils for the real work. The disadvantage for both coils is getting depth where depth is needed but they both have their place when hunting for the goods.Just my humble opinion but my 2 cents worth. HH Bill

Got that right boobie ,just don't want to make a $230 mistake. Good luck whatever you choose. HH Bill
