Whites Customer service is second to none.

Just want to let everyone know how pleased I am with Whites, I recently purchased a MXT from Whites and got 150.00 worth of Shopper bucks from them to use on any accessory I wanted.

I used the MXT to find some nice finds at an old home site on my property and submitted a story along with pictures of my finds to Whites (which should be published in November). In return they gave me another 200.00 dollars in shopper bucks for yet more accessories.

Now I have had a lot of detectors in the past but NEVER had a manufacture treat me so well.

Just wanted to pass along the great customer service I have experienced with White’s.

I called Kellyco and they gave me a reduced price from the retail price. I called Whites and they honored that price plus gave me 150 shopper bucks.

Once I submitted my story of my home site finds they sent me another coupon for 200 worth of accessories. What more could one ask for?

Yes , i agree ,very good service , but they need to improve thier bullseye pinpointer , i send mine in 3 times in the last six months ,button wore out , 3rd time they put a toggle switch on , 1 month later it quit working,and i don't abuse it . just a very delicate tool , works great ,but ........... drove me crazy(lol). i'm gettin me a vibraprobe 560 for next season good hunting all . merry xmas "
