Surf PI Pro V.S. Surf PI - question
Hello, I ordered a used PI Pro. The paperwork with it says PI Pro, but the unit itself does not have the word Pro on it anywhere. It is like new. Is there a difference in these units, or did I get stung. I'm in it for $380.00.

I picked up whites surfmaster PI & also thought I was getting the PI pro. The PI gets alot of positive things about it. I just moved here to PA and have not had a chance to use it yet but will post my thoughts on it when I do. You can have it modifide by Surfscanner detectors for $85.00. They change the pulse delay from 25us to 15 us wich is suppose to make it as sensitive as the PI Pro. I am thinking of doing this after I try this ouy a little. I paid $340.00 for mine. If they work like I hear and read about then I think we both did OK. Hope this helps
