Whites TM 808 Deeply buried hoards of coins require a special metal detector. The Whites TM 808 features the latest technology in an easy to use detector. The TM-808 rejects ground minerals to detect DEEP even through mineralized soil. Whether you're hunting for a cache of coins or you need the precise location of an underground pipe, the TM-808 does it all. It's operable virtually anywhere, regardless of interference or ground minerals. The TM-808 hunts very deep for large metal targets. The kind of target that was often hidden on purpose, not lost by accident.

Default Why did whites remove cave mode?

I believe whites made a mistake removing the cave mode from the TM-808. Targets have been found to 13ft and known target tests to 16ft. I am testing a EM unit called the Gem2 by geophex. This unit cost 25,000,00 US dollars. I did a grid over my cement treatment plant with the Gem2 and the TM-808 in cave mode set to automatic connected to the Arc-Geo logger.

Arc-Geo Pro Series Logger

Both plots are the same size 15x5 yards. Look at the detail from each unit. You can see the tank and the water pockets around it "lower colors" and the higher resistivity levels where the drain field was dug. Look to the right where the dug ground moves off the plot. That's a plastic pipe that runs from the tank and where the ground was dug.

So I have a question. Why did whites remove the cave mode Jimmie?

The TM-808 can also cut through mineralized soil using the logger which is a feature of the software. I sell the discovery TF-900 and white when they ask for it. But now I have to tell they it does not have cave mode.
