class ring

I found a nice class ring today on a chain with a broche. I'm hoping to locate the owner since it is from a local high school here class of 1962. I would love to finally experience the feeling of re-uniting it with the owner.

Ken, I have returned several rings to some really happy people. All you have to do is contact the school and give the initials and year of the ring and they will give you the information so you can reunite the ring and person it belongs too. The schools keep records of Ring Purchases. IT'S A GREAT FEELING !!!!...PAPPY :D :D :D

after calling the high school i have recieved some bad news they found out who's ring it was but unfortunately he has been deceased for 6 years.the school superintendant asked if i would be willing to donate the ring to the school for there display case where it would remain as long as the school is there and if it were ever to be removed it would be returned to me. I gladly agreed to donate it to their display. they said there would be some type of a letter of appreciation so when i recieve that i will post a copy. also they said they were not able to locate any family members and the gentleman was never married or i would have tried do give it to the family.

KEN, Certainly sorry to hear the owner of the ring was deceased, However You did your best and I am really Glad that the school wants it for display. It will mean a Lot to the school and I AM POSITIVE that it means the world to you too. Awaiting to see your letter.....PAPPY :D :D :D
