Can Anyone Help I.d. My Gold Pony ???
Today was beautiful here in Oklahoma, Yet you can forget about beautiful come spring time tornado's and summer relentless heat. Today I hit an old back yard. First find was 2 wheat's in the same hole, 44-S, 45-S, Then a key, Then a 1913 wheat, An old thimble, Another brass water nozzel to remind you of how high your volume will go on your detector, Piece of Winchester shootgun shell, Lead star wars figure, Got a dime hit and it turned up a sterling loop earring. Bit's and piece's of brass and copper roof tac's. Then I got a solid quarter reading under an old tree, It was faint but solid, I knew it was time for a dig. 8 in's down I pop up silver, I thought it was a thimble, It wasn't It also has a gold horses head on it. No markings anywhere but very ornate. So if anyone knows what it is I'd appreciate your opinion. As for you guys and gals back east, Hang in there, Spring will arrive eventually.
