Default School still giving up SILVER!!!

Went back to the old school today with my new detecting buddy. I'll call him Big Red. He brought his Garrett 2500. He was still learning the machine, and only found 2 Lincoln memorial pennies. I used my little old Whites Prizm III and came up with a 1947 s Quarter, a 1947 Roosie, 4 wheat pennies, a piece of jewlery, and an old bullet that was about 8-9 inches deep, along with a lead spill. Can someone I.D. the bullet, I know its old. It has a coned rear end and looks like it might have been a hollow point.
As far as who found what, it really does speak to what Boobie has said all along, you have to get used to your machine, no matter what it is, and read the manual. We were pushing buttons, and changing things we didn't even know it had or what it did. It was kinda funny at times, we had to laugh. I did like the Garrett and could see it being an awsome machine once we figure it out. Anyway, we had a great time, the weather couldn't have been better, I even got a farmers tan, and the old school didn't disapoint.

Good job ER.
It is always more fun to hunt with a buddy.
I hate to hunt alone, it just isn't the same as having a friend along to bs with and compare notes.
