Default The Good, the Bad and the Dug

From the land of the Bluenose.....yesterday was one of those days that one hasn't time to go to the throne and do some serious paper work! Weather was half mild so I gum sucked it home with this in the back seat as tomorrow was Marie's birthday and this her present.

Gotz to say me son she put a mean lip lock and hake hug when I presented this to her . Knowing my limitations when it comes to things involving tools (especial the power variety which I'm allergic to) I suggested I go a digging while she was in domestic bliss figuring where she was going to hang her latest vanMeere.

With time at a premium I hit the field at Acadia and merrily began to swing the all finding magical disk. About the third target I pulled out a nice 1947 (leaf) dime which made this bouy do a little cod jig and reel. A few more coins and it was time to go do a pick up. On the way to the car I saw this mess that shows how our tax dollars are being spent as city field was once again not on the job. I can see our spring clean up of this ball field is going to be 24 garbage bag experience! Well let me tell you it almost brought tears to my eyes to see such a sacred place defiled with garbage and animal by products..too sad me son for words!

Mounting Goquickski it was a short canter to the bakery to pick up the princessess and the mermaid.
Of course the cake caused another round of hug the hake.

Marie was happy with her trickets and I with mine. Besides the hugs my take was the 17 coins @$.50 including the 47 dime.

I like the painting and I am sure she did. Now that cake looks pretty darn good. Sweets are one of my weaknesses. Nice finds and enjoyed the pics.
