lunch today
Went for about 40 minutes and found 2 quarters and 4 pennies and plenty of sunshine at the park down the street. I was all hot and red faced when i got back to work.
Great lunch!

 Yeah, but I guess they know I'm always up to something. They just sorta smile and shake their heads at me. I can't keep my mouth shut about the fact that I'm makin' money on my lunch break. These California people out here are too snobby, sometimes, for their own good. Times like that really make this good ol' girl miss home!

I got out again at lunch
This time I found 3 clad pennies, 1 clad dime (I think), and 1 clad quarter. I also found the front end of a small toy motor cycle and a very corroded nail.
I went into the shade this time, so it was very nice and not too hot. It was probably 78 or 80 out with a nice cool breeze.

I should be getting my detector next week I can't wait! I have a house in Port. Oregon and a house in Woodland Washington. My house in Woodland is on a river where a lot of logging was done around 1900 it may be a treasure chest. PS where you in the tv show the flying nun? Or the movie smokey and the Bandit?
