I found a slide that looks like yours. It is from a 1930's era Boy Scout camp.
Can you show a photo of the back side of it?
I would like to compare the 2 slides.

That is exactly like the one I found over the weekend @ the DFX only hunt. It was at the extremely old Scout camp.
I was told it is one of the very oldest ones. But no one know just how old or valuable it is.
I was also told to send a photo to the Boy Scout national headquarters. Which I haven't done yet.

The council badge has some cracks in the middle, but the slide is in really nice shape.

Boobie, my slide also has the number 2 in the inside.

After a bit more cleaning on mine, I See that the back curved slide part is made of brass. On the top back side it looks like there could be the number 1 raised on it.
But it could also just be a scratch.
