Default 4th Walker for 2007

The ballroom lot gives up another walker
This was the deepest of all that I have dug so far there @ about 6 inches.
It is also very tarnished. (I thought it was just my sunglasses until I got it home)

I was up bright and early Saturday for some MDing in the "lot". I hit some areas that I had only breezed through before. Only one notable coin and a mystery disc.

I am pleased to say that no paving equipment is on-site as of Saturday, and we had some great thuderstorms with a couple of downpours, so its probably puddled up again.

This place has been a "silver mine" for me, and I am working on permission for another ballroom lot that is about 10 years older than this one....

yep, was an awesome day at the ballroom. I found silver too, but it was a Sterling christmas pendant. about the size of a dime, which is how it read....

Between my son and I, we also got nearly $2.25 in clad.

Wow, that lot sure has been awful mighty good to you. I would go back everyday if I could and would keep going back until the bulldozers chase me away. Keep up the great job.

How old is this ballroom? Are you having to dig through gravel? What are you using..a pick?

I believe it was built in the 30's. there is some rough gravel close to the building, but the majority of the lot is grass and dirt with some underlying larger pea rock.
