Default found silver in Daytona Competition

Had a great day at the Mding competition on Dayona Beach...found
1 seated liberty quarter

4 sliver Qurarters, seated no date, 1939, 2- 1964's

6mercery silver dimes 1917,1919,1938,1940,1944, and 1 with no date

5 Eisinhower silver 1946,1962,1963 and 2 1964's.

2 silver halfs 1957 Benjaman Franklin and 1964 Kennedy

21 new Washington dollars

Here are some more pictures of the competition, my wife was taking the pictures and I am the one in the lime green shirt.. this is a hoot.....hope you enjoy them

.....that looks like fun, and I really like your fast draining "keeper pouch"! How was the interference with other machines? I also notice, you seem to be in the "center" of the hunt in most of the photos (your wife's doing) I'll bet!

How many participated? Some very nice finds there!!!

Some interference from Tesoro and other MXT'S, I use a MXT have to say away for them. I was everywhere on the field, have to go fast and cross back and forth. The Edges had lots of items also. 167 hunter. Two fields, blue field and red field.

Great finds . I take it you had to stay inside of the blue flags? Looks like a small area for all those people to be swinging in, what was it like a big digging frenzy? LOL

The Hunt areas are about 50 yards by 150 yards each. Yes it is a digging frenzy to say the least.. Coins are just 1 to 2 inches in the sand. You have to dig check and go as fast as you can.
