Indian arts./MD finds/Mush. leelo in Illini.
hello everyone,.....
These are some various finds over the past few weeks. An assortment of metal detecting finds, and Indian artifacts. The last few pictures are of some Morel mushrooms native to the area and are consider a delicacy. The Indian arts. are...A sedalia knife, Indian pendant, and some bird points. The war medals are of sterling silver, unknown war. Various coins, Mercury dimes and such. Old lock, and Old horse stirrup. Military buttons, old mil. badge.....and various other things. hi Lee,saw your posts, its jim from thetraffic supervisors course. Good to see you are out and active. Nice morels. been using the ace250 some this past month. not anything old did find a 27 wheatie in my brother's yard. Our morels are just starting to pop in this area. Hope to see you around sometime-- take care and be safe at work. jim

Great finds there, Leelo! You are always finding goodies on your hunts! Love those morels you found. I've been a student of mycology for a number of years... I'm a lover of mushrooms!!!
