Default I'm rich!!

I wen to the local park with my son again. After about an hour of digging (mostly ghost hits as I call them. Dig and dig and not find anything) Just about to go home but I wanted to check around the benches. Guess what I found! A penny!! 1 hour of searching for 1 cent. But it does not bother me, if I come home with any amount of money then it was a good hunt.

Talking

My 1st time out, I found 4 crushed beer cans, and a rusted earring at one of the local beaches. I also found a pull tab my next time out at the local park, after an hour and a half in the hot mid-day sun. It's all good though. I'm still counting all this time as "practice" to learn my machine, plus hey how bad can it be when your at the beach on a sunny day in Southern California he he he.

Keep at it, I'm sure you'll find some great stuff. And hey you've found 1 cent more than me ha ha ha.

Cheers.

Dude trust me, I'm all about the research, but I live right smack dab in the middle of a "newer" urban area (Orange County, Cali.). So besides parks, schools and the beach, there aren't many options as we don't have any "historic" areas here. At least that I'm aware of, if anyone knows different please let me know, I'd love to know of some better areas in the OC

Some of y'all are in prime areas, enjoy that he he he.

I always try and stay till I find at least one coin or something of interest before I return home...but remember, a hobby is about fun!!!!!, and you don't always hit the big one every outing....Research and luck to play a big part of bringing home the bacon!!!!

So remember have fun!!!!!
