Gordon is back

Hey y'all Gordon woke up this morning and said I wish you didn't have to work I feel like metal detecting. Yup I called in Sick. We started with a swimming hole the local teen and young adults hang out at and found 4 quarters, 1dime and a sacaguwia dollar coin lots of pull tabs and a few pennies. we headed home with Gordons health he needs to rest. We took a swim in the pool and a nap then headed to the flea market to detect. We got a about $4:00 between us and a good sun burn but we had a wonderful day ( how am I going to explain the sunburn to my boss tomorrow?) Thanks again for all your prayers Gordons getting stronger every day

that lil bit of sunshine will do you both some good. at least you didnt take off work to have your pic show up in the next days news paper fishing...yeah it happened to me. good finds, good company (glad gordon is gettin out again) a lil bit of sunshine, almost the perfect day. the only thing keeping it from being the perfect day.... I HAD TO WORK. so glad for both of ya. we will continue praying for both of you here in beaufort and wishing you many more happy hunts. WTG

My wife and I call them "sad days" don't feel bad but don't feel like going to work either !!!
