Default Finds from the last three hunts

I had a chance to get out today for a little bit. I started out at a razed old house. It was all newer finds except for one wheatie. I did get a silver ladies ring there. I ended up driving out to a local park. I ended up digging 4 IHs there... and nothing else. Not even a wheatie. Not that I'm complaining... The first IH wasn't very deep. But, the other ones were about as deep as I can get them around here and they all hit decent. It's one strange park... one time there you'll struggle to get good hits... then next time they hit decent a 9-10 inches. Moisture seemed about the same. I am having one of my best IH years in about 3 years. I would have to look but I'd guess I'm around 50 so far this year. Although, silver hasn't been as good. I'll take'm like I get them. The 4 IHs on the left were dug today. They are a 1898 and three unknowns (one was holed) plus the ring. The other three were dug on the two previous hunts. One was from a old school that is private property that I got permission on. The other two were from a old baseball field still in use. They are 1893, 1899, & 1907. Thanks for looking!

-Bill

Sheesh, Bill; if I found four IH's in a year around here I believe I'd write a book about it. Have only found one in two years.

Great hunt; Congrats

WTG Bill, any time I get an 1800's coin, penny or otherwise ,I'm happy,I've only ever found 7 IHs. Nice silver ring as a bonus .

Nice finds Bill,

Any IH is a nice one, especially the pre-1900's. WTG!

Thanks guys I appreciate the nice comments! 72 IHs is my record for a year. 79 is my silver record. Both done in the same year thanks to a superb park I found... I'm definitely not on pace to break my silver record. But, I'm definitely not complaining.
