Default Steve in Iowa - a little more silver

Hey, I know some of you may be tired of hearing about my ballroom site, but I have gotta get it while I can....They have been pouring cement for the last three days.

I actually had a chance to talk with the owner the other night when he stopped by. We had a nice chat, and he asked me how I had been doing...He told me he was still OK with me hunting the part that had not been steam-rolled flat... kewl!

I decided at that point that once everything is under cement, I am going to frame up one of the five walkers that I have found there with a certificate of my appreciation to present to him. I will post a photo before I give it to him.

Anyway there are still areas that I can hunt that are untouched and a smaller area that is still rough that the machines keep turning up new items.

Anyway - here is what I got from Monday night.

That's been a great site for you and I agree that your presenting him the walker in appreciation is a fantastic gesture

I think it's safe to say that nobody here is tired of seeing your finds from the Ballroom site. In fact, it's very exciting to see what you find. Very motivating.

Great idea to give the owner a piece of the action. I think he'll really appreciate it.
