Went to the local park again, moving slowly and checking every signal I got a scratchy signal but ID showed a penny. Dug down about 5 to six inches through the maze of roots and pulled up a YQH-57 penny, rechecked the hole and got a chirp in 2 directions so I kept looking and pulled out a George VI- 47-ML penny, another chirp in the hole yielded a 36-D buffalo nickel, another chirp produced a YQH-59 quarter(silver). Less than a foot from there was a George VI 41 quarter(silver) at the same depth as the other coins. Also found $1.67 in clads, a George VI-46 nickel and a cheap pendant that reads "love me squeeze me take me home".I've been detecting in this park for 5 years and it still produces good finds.Slow down when hunting and check those signals.HH
