Chalk one up for the flyes and skeeters!!
I tryed to stick it out this evening!! It was raining most of the afternoon here but finally stopped this evening! So I grabbed my detector and headed back out to a school that I had started to go over a couple of weeks ago. It was still cloudy and not to hot I was out for about a 1/2 hour when the skeeters and flyes hit!! they were relentless!! (THEY TORE ME UP!!)
 I was only able to stand it for another 1/2 hour 1 hour total and only $1.05 in coins not a good evening. The rain really got the bugs going this evening. NEXT TIME I WILL HAVE MY THERMAGUARD WITH ME THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM.

I can relate to that. I used to live next door in Dover Delaware. I gave up detecting while I lived there for that very reason. Beautiful place but those skeeters were mean
