Default short 2 hour hunt

Got out again this morning as usuall, boy am i addicted , i go to sleep thinkin of places to go ( i think i have toooooo much time on my hands, )found some clad, an old door strike plate , part of a key and this old toy, says flash strat-o-wagon on it , must be from the 50's , any ideas?

Wow, Dave, that's a really cool toy! I've never seen anything like it. Sure looks like a 50s toy, though. Can't wait to see if anyone recognizes it.

Dave, that wagon is so cool and I have never seen one either. Will probably interest the collectors of old toys. Keep on hunting and singin.

Default dave in iowa ( id on the toy)

It's a flash gordon starto-wagon from the late 50' or early 60s. in better shape 225.00 Pappy said it is from the 1930's.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Amazing that you find that kind of stuff! How did you pull it out of the ground without bending it or scraping it? How long did the digging process take you and was the ground soft?

Just thought I would ask, because I find it difficult to dig without the possibility of scratching or damaging my target. I tend to pry the dirt from the hole...

Hi Pris , if i think it's something worth getting out in one pc. i try to find the perimiter of it and i dig inside the hole leaving the size of the hole on top the same , then i start a little at a time .
