That is a nice one. I wonder if the sandy dirt had any affect on the condition of the cent? It seems that when pictures are posted of coins removed from sandy type dirt as opposed to the clay type, the coins in the sandy dirt look better and cleaner. Very nice either way. Can't help with the buckle although it looks old. Hit that place again. Never know what you will find.
