Default Another milestone...first 100 coin day.

Earlier I posted this in general discussion...This morning I set out to a tot lot that has been a very good producer for me in the past. Took the stock and sniper coils with me. The hits were coming and I even found a silver ring with a purple stone. I worked for 3 solid hours and couldn't take a minute more with the humidity at about 80%. I knew I had over 50 coins but when I got home I realized I had 92!!! Now I have never had a 100 coin day and I'm thinking I might have to go back to finish the job tonight. Oh....also....they are getting ready to spread a fresh pile of chips too so I'm really thinking I better detect that tot lot the best I can!.....Yes....I think I'll be heading out after supper....need that 100 coin day.

Went back for another hour and my total for the day is 107 coins!

Here are my totals from 3 different days of hunting this tot lot...
15 Quarters, 42 Dimes, 40 Nickels, and 157 pennies, totalling $11.52. The oldest coin found was a 1941 nickel but no other keepers. I also found a silver ring, a mood ring, and 2 earrings.

Now they will begin putting in the new chips tomorrow so I guess I'll wait till after school starts to go back again.

HH everyone!!!

Great job !! now the gauntlet has been passed. You sure did find a bunch. What will you do with your clad? clean it or just turn it in the way it is, or keep it in a safe place. Looking for ideas here....
