Default Weekend finds

Not much happening hit the balls fields and found 26 cents in clad. Also spent some time at the Hillside Park historic farm house. The pics will show what I found, but a brief description is as follows: 2 pocket spills 1st produced 28cents, 2nd produce 62 cents..all clad. Picked up 7 quarters, 9 pennies, 2 dimes and 2 nickles...nothing older than 1965. Keep getting close to those silvers, but you know what they say about close..only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. At the farmhouse I picked up what seems to be the insides of a clock, about 8 inches deep, an old hinge at about 4 inches, a pewter toy truck at about 6 inches, what appears to be a partial belt buckle at about 8 inches, a couple of tent spikes (possibly), an old nail at about 6inches...the pleasant suprise, there was not much trash about 3 old nails, 1 pop top and a couple of peices of wire. Found all the clad from laying on the ground to about 6 inches deep. See the pics if you want too!

Good haul. I'll bet it was nice not having to deal with much trash too.

Boobie, maybe you can send some of that rain down this way. We really need it. Its suppose to rain here tonight and all day tomorrow..guess we shall see.

Stringfrenzy, yes it was very nice. I just played around with the sensitivity again until I found a happy medium. It seemed to work!

Good luck to all and thanks to everyone!

Hey Bigjohn, I will definitely let you know. There are all kinds of signals down there that i have not dug yet. Could be a loaded area. Sorry to hear about your truck. You will definitely be able to see it where I was hunting, only about 30 yards away and its in a neighborhood area.
