OZ vs the West Nilers
Hot and muggy so I started detecting around a nearby school around 19:20. Big mistake as the West Nilers (mosquitoes) were everywhere. Tried the parkway with no discrim but there was foil every 6'' so I gave up on that and went for cent and up. Found some junk but no coins. Tried in front of the school and found a pocket spill of 11 cents, and I know more are there. Gave up digging them as they were mostly corroded ZLincolns ;-( I did find a few scattered dimes (3) here and there and on the way back to the car I set the 'ole Ace on quarter up. Found 1 Q close to where I parked.
No 'squito bites on me, but I'm lucky they really don't effect me. They were all over me though, making detecting a PITA. Under 1 hour hunt netted 1 quarter, 3 dimes and 14 cents.
