Default anyone know what this is

I found this last fall , and have not been able to get any info on it , president mckinley , i know that much about 1900. any ideas from anyone?

It looks like a watch fob from a political campaign similar to the one below from here:
Hake's - TR 1904 LARGE MULTI-SECTION WATCH FOB WITH PANAMA REFERENCE.

Default Campain Medal

Dave, when McKinley was running for president one of his main issues was to have the labor law hold to the normal 8 hour working period and another issue was for FAIR TRADE. The medal you have used to have a ribbon at the top of it and was given out to labor members that backed him on his propossed labor issues.
I will try to find a photograph of one of the metals and post it later.

Oh man! Dave, I'm so happy you posted some really nice photos of this piece. I remember seeing your old posts and really wanted more detailed shots. It's beautiful! And, just so I'm clear, you found this in the ground??? It's in perfect condition. VERY nice. Unbelievable find. At least that's what I think. I never would think of finding anything so cool.
