My First Day With My Tesoro Cibola
Last night I was able to go out for about an hour for the first time with my new machine, but it was so dark I stayed in my backyard. In an hours time I found 6 quarters, 2 dimes, 11 pennies, 3 hot wheel cars, rake head, and (a hood from a car (which took me forever to dig up). The oldest I found was one of the pennies from the 60's. The hood to the car was a good 12 inches in the ground and I was so excited because it was in the way back of my yard which is never used and overgrown with weeds. Overall I am now addicted after my first time out. I got permission to metal detect an old schoolyard down the street and an old farm used to house revolutionary war soldiers so I look forward to posting my finds on monday.
