Default Kennedy's Last Stand

On October 3rd 1963 JFK was in Arkansas for the dedication of Greers Ferry Dam, just two weeks before his death. Today I hunted the field where his helicopter landed. Found were two spent .30 cal. military rounds and a 1961 quarter in vf condition. Dropped by the President? Not likely, but still a very cool find. And silver to boot!

I bet the quarter dropped from Kennedy's pocket when he got out of the chopper. I'm almost SURE of it.

Great finds!!!

Would have been weird if you found a Kennedy half!

So that's what he was doing, I remember seeing it on tv and he was digging through his pockets and looking around on the ground!
