Nuthin' like it.
There is nothing like taking your metal detector for a walk to relieve stress and get some good exercise and possibly fresh air.
 Occassionally you may have to bend over to pick up a piece of treasure that gets in your way. It's all worth it, even if you only get pop tabs and bottle caps.  Happy hunting and maybe a bunch of bend-overs too!

I found just 2 dimes yesterday and an old small iron from the monopoly game. But it was so relaxing.
