A wet digging day.
We had not had rain in like 2 months here in central NC. Then this past week we had 3 straight days of rain.
It stopped raining late last night. I got up and went hunting this morning to an older community center. The digging in some ways was harder than the dry conditions. Plugs were clumps of mud. I got nasty and muddy. Had to clean the detector off very well when I got home. My clad total was a good one though. Quarters: 7 Dimes: 4 Pennies: 10 Not to bad for a 3 hour hunt, Beale.

I'd rather hunt the wet ground anyday...but you just remninded me...I've got a muddy mess in the back of my car I need to clean up! UGH.
