On the back of the stone on the gold ring I found yestarday this was ingraved in the stone any ideas Attachment 16339what it is ?????? kkfry

I know of some stones being etched by a laser for ID reasons. This may be what it is. Maybe.

Zman is right
Those are RUNE (rhune is an alternate spelling?) symbols forming 3 words/spells. They are charms or incantations that are written on jewelry. I am not sure of the exact translation, but the jist of it seems to be, "good health", "healing" and "peace".
That is a very interesting find indeed. Do you know any Celts in your area? MDing can lead to surprising learning experiences. Good hunting - and good health!
