Default no barber , but a little silver

new place today, found a 1939 quarter , 1936 merc, 3 wheaties , 1937s , oldest , some clad , anold rusty hook of some sort , and this big thing , is it an insulater ?

Nice hunting Dave. I think the insulator thing is a hold down for electric wires. Holds them to the side of the house. We have one similar on the side of my house. That's my guess....Buster........
