Default Surprising treasure find

We headed out to the Guadalupe River to hunt today. My hubby wanted to go down where the canoers and tubers get in. We drove a little ways into the brush and he got out to see where we could access the river. He made a suprising discovery. 4 kittens and no Mother. Luckily my cousins ranch was nearby so we got a cage and guests for the night.(see pic) Good news is my cousin is letting us md the old ranch and a ice house/gas station on his property (200acres) so should keep us busy.

Thumbs up That's the cat's meow!

Good karma, good hunting. Sounds like a you are set for some great finds. I would vote for the ice house/gas station as the starting point. Should be lots of neat targets in your path.
Happy hunting.

Nice finds there. I know that there will be alot of goodies to find at the old gas station think of all the old coins dropped when people went to pay for their gas and the attendents that dropped the change giving it back. Best of luck hunting those places...

Your post brings back a lot of good memories of tubing down the Guadalupe! (I lived in Austin). Good luck hunting the ice house & gas station - no telling of the good things that are there!

I bet the kitties are so happy to have been found. They are so cute and look like they're resting well. Thanks for saving their little lives

Good luck on that ranch. I'm sure you'll find some really nice relics and coins there. If nothing else, you can watch the kittens grow!
